Excellent staff. Older, local neighborhood with nice laundromat nearby. My only complaint was that the room I was given was different from the room I booked as pictured in Expedia. Nice hotel but 3/5 stars for Expedia for inaccurate description.

The check in experience was terrible, Im surprised the receptionist Kevin was rude, his got annoyed we asked him questions. Not even tell where the breakfast but when we asked he answered with attitude. I am a bit surprised a 4 star hotels provided this kind of service.

Love and hate of this place. The location is a little off from the center but getting around with taxi or Uber is easy. The room actually is very comfortable and spacious. The gym room that I use is quiet with a few cardio machines but no weights. The lobby is modern, welcoming and comfortable to sit around. The problem of this place is once you get to your floor, the carpets and wall paper are desperately need to replace. There are coffee stains everywhere and it is disgusting. The wall paper are also need a facelift as some are coming off. However, once you step into the room, it’s quite comfortable and the best part ia the shower. It is the strongest shower ever. Anyway, I don’t mind to stay here again but I hope the management need to take care of the hallways and spent a little money to upkeep the place.

We loved staying here. Everything is within walking distance. One of the best night markets, Nanxia, is only a few blocks away. You know it is good when the locals eat here. If there was one distraction it was the carpets. While they vacuumed them they were badly stained. Every thing was clean though. I also liked the abundance of USB outlets which made charging our iPhones, iPads and watches. I would rebook here again.
