Good value, basic, hot rooms in summer
Very clean and modern. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is nice, but in the summer it's hot and uncomfortable because they don't have air conditioning or even a fan. You have to open the door to the balcony for air, but you will get all the noise from the street, plus thr cigar smoke from all your neighbors, and people smoke a lot there. Also, the room has no refrigerator, no microwave. The price paid was fair for what you get. No free breakfast.

Exceptional value for money and a very nice hotel
Very effiiciently run business hotel. The out of hours check in system is great. Reception desk very welcoming and professional. The building is nice and new, the breakfast delicious. A great hotel with good public transport connections right outside.

Nice hotel, clean, tidy and helpful staff.
This was a nice hotel, clean and tidy with helpful staff. The location was quiet with buses just outside the hotel for central Munich. The room I had was clean and tidy with a view of the small square. The breakfast was a nice buffet. There was little parking at the hotel. I would stay here again and there was a good 30 minute walk to a nice park.

Very nice rooms and welcoming staff. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room and there was a complimentary bottle of water on day one but this was not replaced. Overall recommend and would stay here again.

Restful Stop Outside of Town
Excellent location about 35 minutes outside the city. Quiet, great bedding and fabulous shower. Bus stop just outside as well as a super Italian restaurant next door.

Room without a view
Limited parking, staff was friendly and courteous, but had I known the location of this hotel I never would have booked it...on a very, very busy corner with bus stop out front. No air conditioning- usual for Germany, but leaving window open wasn’t really an option with constant noise outside.

An excellent choice, really reliable quality place
A fantastic little hotel, so clean and stylish. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Nice simple breakfast, in really pleasant surroundings, out in the courtyard garden. I've used it before, and it's just a pretty and pleasant as the photos show, and again, it's as neat as a pin. Set in a gorgeous little village, with bars, restaurants and biergarten as well as supermarket, pharmacy etc. and on the main bus route for Ostbahnhof.

Well maintained and good breakfadt
Excellent location for our stay as we use it as base to spend Xmas with relations nearby. Do not think it is suitable for an active stay as loction in a small village with few shops and not a lot to see and do.

Really nice stay at the Fab hotel. Room nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was really good with nice variety. Only wished there wa a mini fridge or kettle in the room.

Nice hotel
This is a nice hotel but the 4.7 rating is a bit overrated. It is not in a central area but easy to reach the city with subway. The room is small. There is no refrigerator or coffee machine. There is no air conditioning and I can see this as a big problem for the summer. Breakfast is very nice but exactly the same every day. There is not much to see around the hotel. There are some restaurants but the quality of the food is much better if you go to central Munich. Overall I would recommend it but not a 4.7 star recommendation.

Clean and convenient
Hotel is nice and cozy but very well thought of. Comfortable and clean, the rooms were done very well. A short walk to the subway station and from there it is open to where ever you want to go. The staff were excellent and very friendly. The only slight inconvenience was the parking but there were plenty of street parking available. Definitely recommend if you are visiting Munich area.

Lovely setting, gorgeous hotel for price
So often we view hotels online in isolation to their surroundings. When we are busy checking stars, review scores and comparing prices, we forget the setting. The Fab hotel has reminded me not to do this. As review scores show this is an excellent 3* hotel. In my experience, attention to detail and thoughtful, friendly staff contribute a lot to these scores and the Fab is excellent in its approach to these. (Other perfections included: good wifi, sunny balcony, pretty decor, teapots, lovely terrace with outside tables.) But, and here's my real point, it is also located at the centre of a charming, traditional, old Bavarian village of Perlach (now absorbed into Munich city though with every good feeling of a prosperous village). Complete with ancient beer gardens, ice cream parlour, the gorgeous Aumuller 'kaffee und kuchen' bakerei, dating from 1890 (the front door handle is a pretzel), at its centre is a breathtakingly beautiful little Baroque church (you can feel that it is beloved) as well as the more mundane pharmacy, dry cleaners, supermarket, etc. A nice walk, or two stops on the frequent bus service, part of the exceptional Munich public transport system, (or a short taxi ride) take you to the Nueperlach Sud station and back into the city centre. I guess what I'm really saying is: For me, this place beats the soulless city centre bed-shed chains into a Bavarian cocked hat.

Nice hotel next to the city
We really enjoyed our stay at FAB hotel. Everything looked so modern and clean. The breakfast was delicious! We were one of the last ones to get there and you were nice enough to make us a fresh plate of eggs! Thank you!

Great breakfast!! nice room without amenities like frigobar.Location regular you need bus+ tram to reach the history center 25 to 39 minutes .Staff was great !!! I recommend this hotel and I will book again without dude.

FAB place to stay
All the staff were very helpful & friendly from our arrival to our departure. We were given information about transport into Munich; even had the bus stop pointed out to us; what sort of ticket to buy and where to get off and how to get back. We enjoyed our trips into Munich on the local transport, which was about a half hour trip. The location of the Hotel feels like a village with lovely local restaurants near the hotel for the evening meal, also a supermarket, banks and pharmacy. There is a lift at this hotel, so no struggling up stairs with our luggage. Our room had a balcony and was well designed with plenty of space for clothes & somewhere to put suitcases out of the way. The breakfasts were very good and as well as Continental, there was bacon, eggs and sausages.

New Hotel - Good for Business Traveler
Although on a busy road you can miss it as the signage only says Hotel. Rooms are good size and very new. Downsize is that there is no air conditioning only heating so can get very hot during the summer months. Bus stop right outside the hotel which makes it very accessible. Bus ride to the U or Subway. Breakfast was simple but good which included eggs and the works. Negatives - No AC. One bottle of water per trip or rather whenever the housekeeping staff wants to leave it behind. 3rd night found that the glass for the water has been removed. Being a new hotel the housekeeping staff needs training and a check list other then that the room was comfortable, good size with a balcony. will recommend it for business traveler and the bus directly takes you to the ICM for the conferences and fairs.
