Das Zimmer war sauber, die Lichtschalter und Fernbedienung waren jedoch leider bei der Reinigung vergessen worden. Das Badezimmer ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Kaltablagerungen an der Duschkabine nicht schön.

Das Zimmer, Bett, großer TV, Kaffeemaschine, die Lage, U-Bahn-Station vor der Tür, Bäcker um die Ecke ist sehr positiv. Aber nachdem ich schon 3-4 Mal dort gewohnt habe, bin ich enttäuscht, dass die Küche jetzt extra zu buchen/zahlen ist. Und diesmal war das Bad enttäuschend. Das das Bad sehr klein ist, ist ok für die paar Tage. Aber der untere Rand der Duschwand war sehr stark verkalkt und schmuddelig. Mit Kalkreiniger mal richtig schrubben, eine neue Toilettenbürste und die Toilettenbrille befestigt und schon hätte ich gar nix zu bemängeln ;-)

Reservamos el apartamento con cocina y una vez ya reservado, al final de todo te pone que no entra en la reserva son 30€/dia. Los utensilios (tenedoros, cuchillos,etc estaban metidos en cajones bajo llave). El wc,pequeño y nada que ver con las fotos, además la cisterna no funcionaba bien. No pasaron a limpiar en los 5 dias que hemos estado, ni a recoger la basura, ni cambio de toallas, etc. Mucha calor en el apartamento. Te ponen 6 capsulas de cafe Nespresso gratis, una vez las gastas cada una vale 0,50 ctos. Que se compran en la recepción. Lo unico bueno que tiene es la ubicación, justo delante el metro U2 y al lado un supermercado pequeño.

Schönes Apart-Hotel mit guter Anbindung!

Wir buchten mit Freunden 2 Nächte (je 1 App. F) über Silvester im Frederics. Der Check-in verlief schnell und problemlos. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und hatte Blick in den Hinterhof. Das einzig Negative ist die Küchenbenutzung für zusätzliche 30 €/Tag. Ein Apartment-Hotel, wo man die dazugehörige Küche gar nicht nutzen kann, ist ein Unding. Bei anderen Apartment-Hotels ist die Küche IMMER inklusive. Außerdem kann man für diese 30 € zu zweit gepflegt zum Essen gehen. Restaurants in der Nähe sind genügend vorhanden. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel sehr zentral und die U2 in die Innenstadt direkt vor der Tür. In der Bäckerei WIMMER genau gegenüber gibt es eine große Vielfalt an Brötchen oder leckerem Frühstück. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es stadtauswärts entlang der Ackermannstraße und in der Borschtalle (neben Luitpoldpark). Fußläufig ist man dort in ca. 8 - 10 Minuten (900 m).

Zentral und für Frühaufsteher in Ordnung

Das Zimmer war recht groß und in sauberem Zustand. Die Appartementanlage liegt sehr zentral und man kann bei Penny einkaufen und hat eine Bäckerei gegenüber, wo ich auch gefrühstückt habe. Ich habe als Frau alleine dort übernachtet und mir kamen die langen Flure etwas unheimlich vor. Ab 6 Uhr war es auch im Hinterhof und vorne recht laut und die ersten Abreisenden mit Ihren Koffern in den Fluren waren auch sehr laut. Ansonsten würde ich vorm Preis- Leistungsverhältnis her sagen, dass es in Ordnung war.

Die Lage ist hervorragend. Der Zustand des Bades war sehr schlecht. Alle Silikonfugen rostbraun verfärbt, alles uralt (Dusche und Spiegelschränkchen) und keine ausreichende Beleuchtung. Das Personal bei der Begrüßung war mehr als gelangweilt...

We liked that there was a grocery store under the property, that the U-bahn and tram were at the door and so were cafes and restaurants. Nice outlook over a plaza with fountain. Very green area. Quiet and clean part of Munich.

The Metro underground station is 2 steps outside the front door. The Tram surface train station is 100 feet away. So, access to transit is really good. The rooms were clean, but the floor and walls of the elevator were dirty. Didn’t leave a great first impression as you traveled to your room.

Mega tolles Zimmer sehr modern eingerichtet, groß und freundlich alles was man braucht. Bad passt leider nicht dazu - alt und an der Decke befindet sich Schimmel! Abzug im Innenraumbad nicht vorhanden und sehr klein!

Ganz ok!

Großes geräumiges Zimmer in guter Lage. Bad hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen! Frische Handtücher gab es erst am 4. Tag nachdem ich nachfragte! Leider sehr laut, da dass Zimmer zum Hinterhof gerichtet ist und sich dort die Anlieferung eines Supermarktes befindet! Fernseher funktioniert leider auch nicht wirklich, ständig Standbild da er über eine Zimmerantenne gesteuert wird. Alles in einem eher mittelmäßig!
