Nice hotel

Very good hotel, good service from staff, very good breakfast, but some small changes, to little free parkering and one night in garage cost 22 €, To many people at breakfast, But otherwise a great hotel and easy to get to town center in Bus.

The place is fantastic! Great size room, very clean (carpet needs a deep clean though), free breakfast is great as well. Comfortable overall! Would return again! Great beds!

The hotel was in walking distance to buses. Breakfast was included with our reservation. There was a small bar that one could order snacks or drinks from after the breakfast areas closed at 11:00 am. Didn't realize we needed the keycard to work the elevator until my daughter heard another guest tell her that just as the door closed. Would stay here again on future trips.

I stayed here earlier in tne week and it wss fine. However, ipon check in, the african clerk was rude and refused to fix his error in not providing 8 rooms with 2 beds each even though i had booked them that way. Another employee was able to get it taken care of but we stil didnt get what we booked and prepaid for. There were noisy kids and schoolgroups there that they would not get quiet and they ate the breakfast all up. Im an IHG rewards member and shouldnt have to put up with this for an 8 room block

Extremely poor housekeeping

When we arrived there were no towels in the room By the third time asking we finally received towels but no shower mat We were expecting a regular room with a queen size bed but received a handicap room with no countertop in the bathroom to be able to put toiletries on and the water went everywhere so we were engulfed in a flooded bathroom Shower curtain was filthy On the plus side the room was large. The staff at front desk were excellent in the fact that they tried to help us but the housekeeping was terrible, didn't even bother to replace kleenix in the container.
