As a female solo traveler, I enjoyed staying here. It was safe and central, the lady at reception was nice. It had everything I needed.

The early morning stuff, in particular Mean Mindy is rude, unwelcoming, abusive, the worse customer service person I have ever encounter. She must be the owner because no one as bad in hospitality as she is will be currently working with people. My computer and phone chargers were stolen by her as well as other personal items.

The hotel facilities are generally old, but this did not affect my stay. However, the door lock seemed like it was about to come loose, and it was difficult to tell if it was locked or not, which was very inconvenient. The shower water temperature was relatively stable and the bathroom was clean and there were no problems. Breakfast was an additional charge and was served at a different hotel. I didn't use it, but there were free snacks available in the morning in the lounge next to the reception. The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance of the center of Munich, but the area around the hotel didn't seem very safe, so I made sure to return to the hotel early. I could hear people's voices even late at night.

Restaurant in front the hotel stays open until 4am. You can hear Guys speaks loadly even with windows closed and AC is on. Lets not foget the constant plice siren overnight back and forth as its a major street.

First, there are a couple discrepancies in the description. There is a 12 Euro daily fee for parking. The garage is actually a block and a half away and is called HBF Sud. You get a ticket, park, and then the hotel checks it to get that daily fee. 2nd - there is not a free breakfast. That costs 9 euro. Other than that, the hotel is excellent for the location. Without a car, it is more ideal.

If you are walking from the train station, you will pass by a few strip clubs. The neighbor seems safe in daylight hours. The hotel itself is excellent. The water pressure in the shower is great. The staff are all friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is small with no real dining facilities.Plenty of places to eat nearby. The rooms were quite small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Bathroom facilities were perfectly adequate. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. The hotel is on a busy road and was very noisy into the early hours. The area was a little bit scruffy and seedy, which my daughter found uncomfortable.

The hotel is Nice, Clan, functional and the staf VERY friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the location, near the central railway station and on a busy street also implies in outside noise all night (I spent a Saturday night at the hotel), and the neighbourhood is dirty. The flip side of the coin is that the very same location is central to Munich's historic city centre, railway station and public transport.

We stayed here for one night during Oktoberfest. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of construction around the area, but that seems to be fairly typical of the larger cities. There was quite a bit of street noise and the curtains did not block much light which made it a bit difficult to get a restful night’s sleep, but the location was perfect for our needs and the staff members were very helpful. We would stay here again.
