This hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing hospitality. On Christmas Eve, hospitality went room to room sharing delicious sweet bread. You can’t beat the location either. It’s walkable distance to Resz, Marienplatz, and the market. My family had an unforgettable Christmas stay in Munich; very glad we picked this hotel!

Amazing hotel! Perfect Location. We upgraded to a suite when we got there and was a perfect stay. I did not realize this was a 4 Seasons Brand hotel and it did not disappoint. Walking distances to amazing shops and restaurants, next to the palace and opera house. Nice pool and gym area in the spa. Lobby area was a great place to hang and be seen. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Only negative I would say was pillows were very mushy.

Room was very nice, although it felt like the living area and/or bedroom could have benefited from a little more storage. Bathroom was really hot but nicely appointed. Breakfast is outstanding as long as you get there early enough to avoid sitting in one of the back rooms. Servers don’t make it back there very often. It’s amazingly quiet in the rooms - even those facing the Main Street. We were there for New Years And barely heard any noise from fireworks.

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located right by Marienplatz, shopping and the opera house. Room was a good size and nicely furnished. The staff were polite and helpful.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. Property seemed a bit outdated, furniture chopped, old bath robes, some towels need to be thrown away, limited package of toiletries. We stopped by for a drink in the lobby bar every evening, interesting crowd of locals, every night the same people didn’t seem like we in Germany, our prospectives
