I asked for room with queen size bed, however, they gave us two beds next to each other with each individual cover. Overall, it is a fine hotel, but during our stay it was definitely overpriced. The breakfast is very good.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were attentive and friendly. My only gripe was the rooms are quite dark and the desk lamp in the room didn't work. I did report this to reception on my first day but it wasn't looked at or fixed in the duration of my stay.

Our bathroom had no fan and an inconvenient door placement. The U3 is about two blocks away and drops you 15 mins later in the Marienplatz.

You must pre-pay for the breakfast that most hotels offer for free. And it’s not that great. Air conditioners aren’t the typical kind we have in the states. My room needed updating like a new paint job and carpet cleaning. But overall it’s a decent hotel.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. I loved the lack of miniature products in the bathroom - having refillable shower gel, etc is very eco friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn't working during our stay, which made the room uncomfortable to sleep in.

Lack of air-conditioning.

Hello, I stayed for one night on last 16th of June. The real issue I had concerns the air-conditioning, which was not working. This results in an extreme temperature in the room, which was not solved even by the opening of the windows.
