Gute Lage in Laufweite zum Bahnhof und zur Theresienwiese, viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Neues modernes Gebäude und Zimmer, Zimmer zum Innenhof sehr ruhig, allerdings sehr klein.

The bed was fine but not enough pillows. The air conditioning did not cool the room. There wasn't a kettle or cups, when we went to the lobby bar for hot water, i had to fill the kettle and do it myself, nobody was there. Internet and breakfast, both were excellent. We would give it a 7.5 out of 10. Worth the money.

Das Personal vor allem an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum, waren nicht sehr ambitioniert. Man hatte nicht den Eindruck „willkommen“ zu sein. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber.

Für ein Wochenende absolut in Ordnung. Ziemlich kleines Zimmer aber für 2-3 Tage okay. Frühstück war auch soweit ganz gut.

Nice hotel.

All we needed in a hotel. Good location only a few stops on the tram from the centre. Small room, but all that was needed - nice bed, good shower, very clean. Reasonable continental breakfast.

The room is well worth the price, and a good breakfast is included, yes. It’s close to the main train station, most attractions and restaurants are within walking distances, the area is in a quiet neighborhood, away from any major disturbances, I would recommend this hotel, at a good price.
