This was our first time staying here and we were impressed. The room was efficient and comfortable. Directly across the street from Lowenbrau - if you want to grab a German beer or traditional meal. Super convenient to U/S Bahn. Will stay again.

LOVED this hotel! Out of the 3 hotels we have stayed in while in Munich, this hotel has the most comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was lovely and the bar was great! Easy walk to everywhere!!

This is a very modern property, from the check in procedure to the decor. It was very clean, orderly, and the staff was especially friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Our only complaint—not with the hotel, but with our planning—was that we were further from the Old Town center than we wanted to be. It was about a 25 minute walk, which was fine, but a little longer than what we are used to.

First of all, the location of the hotel is very convenient for transportation, you can get on any vehicle and reach the center in 10 minutes. The hotel staff is really attentive and very helpful. The rooms and the hotel in general are really clean and the room decoration is much better than the hotels I've seen so far. You can rest comfortably because there is no noise problem. I wish to stay in Ruby Lilly Hotel next time!

The staff was nice and very helpful. View was great and so was the atmosphere. Only real downside is the air in your room gets very stuffy even with window down and AC turned down. I woke up sweating both nights.

Location is great. The train station is only a short walk away, which is incredibly helpful if you want to take the train from the airport, day trip from Munich, or need quick food or anything that you can’t get on a Sunday when everything’s closed. Marienplatz and most touristy spots are walkable from this hotel, but if you want there’s a metro spot or tram right outside the hotel that will help get you there. Hotel is clean, staff are super friendly and helpful, and it’s just an all around cool looking hotel. Stayed 10 days, would definitely come back.
