Xlendi Hotel would be our choice again!

Hotel is undergoing change in management and updates. Our room was very spacious and provided everything we needed. The location to restaurants and bus is great. Views are unsurpassed. Sunset amazing. Recommend the water view rooms. Enjoyed rooftop pool. Full complimentary breakfast was delicious. The entire staff was very helpful and polite. Would choose this hotel again.

Hotellet är nergånget och känns som de gett upp lite. Lovas mer än vad man får. Ac;n fungerade inte och när vi påpekade detta i receptionen så ryckte värdinnan på axlarna och så fick vi svaret att jo det visste dom om men en reparatör skulle komma dagen därpå men nej ac:n var av hela vår vistelse. Wi-fi samma sak alltså funkade inte. Såg sen på hotellrummet att strömbrytaren till ac:n (alltså ser ut lite som en lampknapp på väggen med texten "air condition" klistrad på) var övertejpad. Så tror inte att den var ens tänkt att kunna användas. Rummet var inte rent, poolbaren var stängd, frukosten dåligt utförd och med för lite personal. Läget är topp och hade fin utsikt och tror att små medel att gjort vistelsen mycket trevligare. Tex fräschare rum, byta de mögliga duschdraperierna, att de ska finnas mer personal kring pool så att man kan kunna köpa vatten eller något litet att äta eller vad man nu vill ha vid poolen.

Great view of Xlendi bay.

The location great, good breakfast, not only continental but scrambled or boiled eggs and more included in the menu. The view is breathtaking from the balcony. A refrigerator and safe are included . We had a Seaview room which included a sofa as well. Not everything is perfect but it is good value money. Does not have a private beach but only 2 minutes away from the sea.

W potwierdzeniu rezerwacji z Hotels. com napisane było że"Wyżywienie i napoje: kuchenka, pełnowymiarowa lodówka z zamrażalnikiem, płyta kuchenna, kuchenka mikrofalowa i naczynia do gotowania, zastawa, sztućce" I taki pokój rezerwowałam. Niestety na miejscu okazało się, że w pokoju jest tylko lodówka a pokój z aneksem kuchennym możemy dostać za dopłatą z czego nie skorzystaliśmy. Dzięki uprzejmości Pana Salvatore z recepcji dostaliśmy czajnik elektryczny. Byłam bardzo zawiedziona bo pokoi bez kuchni jest w tej okolicy dużo i można było zarezerwować coś innego, ale zależało nam na kuchni. Trudno. Dosyć żali, teraz superlatywy. Hotel jest położony przepięknie.Jest bardzo klimatyczny. Widoki-bajka. Sympatyczna obsługa. Bardzo dobre śniadania. WiFi działa bez zarzutu. Gdyby nie zgrzyt z pokojem wszystko byłoby bardzo dobrze.

Never again. Needs alot of work

Well where to start from. When got the room at around 19:30 the room was dirty the bed was used and the bus full. When down to reception and they made the excuse that the clean was sick and had to leave early home.

Convenient location but absolutely filthy

We have recently came back from a staying at the Xlendi hotel in Gozo. Elevator was not working due apparently to some re setting that was never done. Gym facilities were absolutely outdated and were impossible to use them. Sauna was broken or at least this was what was told us. Bath tube was not properly draining I did told reception but nothing was done. Corridor lights not working. Above all the cleanness of the hotel, room and bathroom was below the standard. We did even find a dog or cat feces in front of the door. The hotel is advertised as 5 stars and with a Spa however the spa was closed, the facilities needs modernization, the owner is absolutely rude on the phone once we did speak to. It is absolutely disappointing although the location is lovely and quite.

Avoid at all costs

We were very disappointed with this hotel and would not stay again. The hotel in general was grubby, cat poo in the corridors, the Spa was never open, the indoor pool seemed to have been forgotten about (very dirty, condensation everywhere and a great big piece of rusty metal sticking up from the steps into the pool), we felt sorry for the staff as there are clearly not enough of them employed to do all of the jobs required . Our room was not cleaned once in 10 days, we just got fresh towels. This hotel should not be allowed to use 'Xlendi' in its name as it a disgrace to the area (which is lovely by the way) You only need to take a look at the recent reviews on trip advisor to see how bad this place really is.

do not stay at this hotel

on arrival room not ready 3pm .first morning not much left at breakfast 9am.last day of stay no power in hotel no lifts lights aircon etc. had to pack in dark no emergency lighting no staff or security guard .power off 20 hours so totally spoiled our stay .never again will we stay at this hotel .rooms basic at best even though booked deluxe suite

Grande o piccola.... tutte superior!

Avevamo prenotato due stanze. Ci avevano detto che erano disponibili una grande a 100€ è una piccola ad 80. Il pagamento è stato richiesto ed effettuato all'arrivo. Arrivando per la piccola, no problem; ma la grande era... occupata! Ci hanno allora dato una stanza ... più piccola della piccola. Al mattino dopo ho chiesto spiegazioni sui prezzi: tutte superior, mi ha risposto tal Raimondo. Voi non vi sareste sentiti presi in giro?

A éviter...

Les + : très très bien situé, vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Xlendi Les - : état vieillot, déplorable, la clim était en panne, traces noires (moisissure ?)sur le plafond, nous avons demandé à parler à la direction qui a refusé de venir nous voir, nous avons été obligé de faire intervenir hôtels.com depuis Malte pour qu'une solution soit trouvée rapidement, la baie vitrée s'ouvrait mal, la piscine était sale, débit d'eau très faible dans la salle de bain et dans l'évier... Nous étions pressés de quitter cet hôtel

Querky Place

Unbeatable location with an amazing view. Hotel has so much potential but needs to move into the 21st century with a major refurbishment, new bed linen, towels etc. Having said that the room we had was very spacious overlooking the picturesque bay of Xlendi. Somehow the querkiness, being Gozo, seems like part of the character!

Good location but hotel experience could be better

This hotel is let down by mixed levels of customer service and tired facilities. Actual room is very spacious and location is fabulous. None of the issues we experienced were significant but became frustrating when dealing with too many small issues.
