"Friendly, English speaking staff. Loved the free shuttle to Shinagawa Station! Room and restroom were clean. Water pressure was extremely good haha. Room was on the smaller side, but we only stayed 1 night so no biggie. Only downside was the 4th floor reeked of smoke smell... we held our breaths waiting for the elevators. Surprisingly, the smoke smell did not really penetrate into the room. Overall, would stay again on a different floor if we needed a 1 nighter to hold us over."

"Hotel location is perfect to go anywhere. The shopping malls , restaurants, and so many places are just within 10 minutes walking distance. Hotelier are very nice and they even allow to leave my carriers in their office due to fright time after check out. There is little bit of problem. Hotel is located right behind subway lines. So if you are sensitive regarding the noise, you need to check up room location. Front side of building may be OK because it is face to small street. "
