"We loved staying here, the staff were super nice and very accommodating. Our room was perfect, shower water hot, beds nice, breakfast was great and the restaurant served the best Pisco sour and nacho ever.
The hotel is easy walking distance to the historic centre. I would definitely stay here again!"

Staff were professional showed care to attention. They were also very helpful contacting our tour operator to help us locate a lost item. They made sure we had everything we needed during our short stay, i wish we could've stayed for longer. You cannot ask for more."

"This is a really beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife’s birthday was on one of the days we were there and they surprised her with a birthday cake. No one told them it was her birthday, they just saw it from her passport and did this on their own. Our room was modern with a great balcony with a great view of the volcano. We definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa! "
"I can't fault this hotel. I arrived at 5am after a 14 hour bus journey and even though my check in wasn't until 12 they found me a room and I was asleep by 6. All at no extra cost
