"The hotel is very well located vis a vis the main Milan museums. It is mainly a business hotel and so the guests are treated a little impersonally, but when we had a problem with the safe it was handled quickly and efficiently. The breakfast and more broadly the hotel restaurant were excellent. The street-facing rooms are pretty noisy, as the hotel faces a major street with lots of daytime tram traffic. The floor-to-ceiling windows are heavily insulated, but the opening panels are a little warped and don't quite fit their openings. I don't think the hotel can do much about this problem, but it is not too bad at night, as the tram traffic is quite light then; using good ear plugs we could sleep fine."
