I called the hotel on Monday to report the situation and to check if the housekeeping team might have found it. However, I have not yet received any response, so I am writing to kindly follow up. I understand that it is my responsibility to take care of my personal belongings, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. The ring has great sentimental value to me, so I would be very grateful if you could kindly check with the housekeeping team and let me know if it has been found. "Room was clean and fully stocked. Winter activities did not live up to expectations. Equipment available (snowshoes) but no where to use it. No trails or even suggestions of where we could go to snowshoe. Snow and ice removal could have been improved. Limited parking due to snow. Ice buildup on road to our building and on stairs to our room was very dangerous!"
