"The room was small, but friendly and functional. The reception personnel let's you email your boarding pass to the hotel, and they print it out - very convenient. The breakfast is richer than I have seen at any hotel in a long time - It is a meal, complete with vegetables! I successfully went clothes shopping in nearby (walking distance) shopping mall. Finally, staff calls you a Taxi with a single button presd, and the taxi shows up in 3 minutes - every time. Impressive."

"We really picked the perfect place to stay. Very reasonably priced, a 2 minute walk from the railway station, located close to the sights of Helsinki and the home of our friend, who we came to visit. Such wonderfully warm and welcoming hotel staff, who could not have been more helpful. Our room had everything we needed, especially the comfortable bed which guaranteeed a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent, so miuch choice, it catered for all dietery needs. "

"Older hotel where the rooms could do with being renovated. There is a gym - old but does the job. But too not bad for the price although we did have to pay an extra 20 euros a day for an extra person in the same room. They also charge 10 euros an hour for any check out past midday. Quiet location about 10 minutes walk from the centre and 15 mins walk from the train station. Good breakfast although it does get very busy and chaotic at peak times. "

Convenient choice for an overnight layover
"Excellent hotel in very fine condition. Outstanding service at the front desk for flawless check in and check out. Very comfortable bed, very good bathroom. There was a problem using the magnetic key card to access our room from the elevator. We required assistance from the desk clerk, who immediately came to help and said that this is a known problem… The hotel itself is elegant and modern in the public areas of the lobby, very Finnish, as it should be! Unfortunately, it is located in an unattractive inner courtyard at the airport, surrounded by asphalt, concrete, glass, and steel, none of which is inviting or attractive. The walkway to reach the hotel entrance from the airport, which takes about two or three minutes, is not enclosed."
