Bed sheets had holes in them and the room smelled moldy. The bathroom had black mold. The building was dirty. The only good thing was the view.

Very average. Floor was dirty and sticky. No table to eat at. No cleaning service during stay, only clean towels left at door daily. Swimming pool directly on street. Halls smelled strongly of some cleaning product. Bathroom mirror had some black stains on it. Did like the full size fridge.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Room was fine , but like the hotel it needs some structural updates. Room was functional. However it is run down and in need of some repairs.

There was an issue with our room but the staff got it taken care quickly and put us in another room with a better view, the only negative side is the parking but even that wasnt horrible. Enjoyed our stay there for sure

Location on the boardwalk was great and the view of the beach and the ocean from our balcony was perfect. Dining, shopping and amusements were only minutes away. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Let me start off by saying this isn’t a high end resort, the building is a bit older and it shows. However don’t let this stop you from staying here. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The location is great. You can walk to the boardwalk area, see the sky wheel from your balcony (if you have ocean front view) and the beach is right there. Definitely recommend staying here if you want a price friendly stay with great staff.

This is a budget friendly property so keep that in mind when booking. It is an old hotel and it shows. The parking is not the most convenient. Area around hotel is for unloading only they have parking lots for stay parking. That being said it is very walkable to all the boardwalk activities and the ocean view is good . Beds were comfortable. Water was hot. Refrigerator cold.Overall about what I expected for the money. Would stay again.

I was extremely skeptical solely because i normally stay with Hilton and Marriott. This place has exceeded my expectations and then some. Staff was extremely Polite, welcoming and friendly. I’ll happily stay here again over the summer. See you again soon!!!

The pictures online are very deceiving. We walked in the room after check in and literally checked back out. There was no way we were sleeping there. The walls were paper thin. You could hear everything. It was horrible.

Great price for being right on the beach and boardwalk. For the age of the hotel it wasn't terrible. It could definitely use alot of updates. But our room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures on website. The beds are full size not queen. When I said something they kept insisting they were queen. I measured them. Two adults can’t sleep in the same bed. The first room they put us in smelled like piss. I went back down and got another room. The fridge was covered in rust. The door to balcony was falling apart and hard to close. With the exception of a couple of them the front staff was rude and unfriendly. Don’t expect a hot shower they have the water heat set very low and the showers were lukewarm. If you plan on using the sofa bed you need to go down to office and ask for the sheets. They have a huge sign stating breakfast available, they don’t. When we asked they said they haven’t done that since Covid. Then why leave the sign up. The hallways were nasty. Spring break week and they were doing construction starting at 6am waking everybody up in the hotel.

My sister and I stayed here for 7 days. We didn't know what to expect after reading some of the reviews but we were pleasantly surprised! Our room was very clean, very quiet and the view was incredible! The front desk staff were always there when we needed them, helpful and polite! We felt safe at all times and never heard a sound except for the waves at night if we opened our patio door. The location is perfect! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

It’s definitely a budget hotel. The staff were all super nice! The room was definitely outdated, also the beds were supposed to be queens but definitely weren’t, more like a full. There were cosmetic issues with the room, but nothing to serious. But we were woken up with the noise of then doing construction to the rooms on our hall, they were putting floor down in rooms. Over all an okay experience, definitely was cheap for a reason. Kids loved the indoor pools but not big enough for adults

The initial room assigned was old.Refrigerator was beside the bed with little room to work through was loud and made a humming noice. The refrigerator was rusty and had mold. The 2nd TV in the room had sound but no picture. The carpet and sheets were stained. We asked for another room, which was better, but still need of major renovations.

The property is outdated and we had issues with power going out due to work being done on room beside us but overall we were pleased with the stay. Very convenient to the strip and beach. Only wished we had beach view room.
