The hotel has great view of city of Nagasaki, but location is a little inconvenient. There are no restaurant or convenience store nearby. It is located high hill, it's hard to walk to city. There are no laundry, it is also inconvenient. They have shuttle service, which is good to go to Nagasaki station or to the mountain to see night view of the city. The staff are friendly, hotel is old, not updated. My room's toilet water did not stop. If you come here by car, it might not be a problem, but If you arrive here by public transportation, not so good.

Shuttle bus service from and to railway station
There is no coin laundry and the laundry service was expensive by Japanese standards (altho on par for Australian hotel laundry services). The wifi was so slow that I could not use various websites, including my bank's website which was a nuisance as I wanted to convert money to yen (cheaper to do this online than by withdrawing at ATM).

無料WI-FIありと説明されているが、受信状態が良くない 部屋のロケーションで差があると思うが全く使えず、 部屋を替えて頂いて少し改善したが、機種によってはダメだった

3人で宿泊したが部屋も広くベットが3台とも普通設置のベットで寝心地良く、窓からの景色も良かった。 リクエストの部屋よりグラドアップしてくれたのかも。 ホテルのバスが長崎駅まで無料往復していて便利です。 残念だったのが、部屋の電気ポットが壊れていて代わりの物を用意してくれるのに時間がかかり過ぎた。

ホテル周辺は何もないが眺めは超サイコーでした。長崎駅までシャトルバスがあるので交通費はかからず浮いた分中華街で思う存分食べまくりました。😋

나가사키 고급 호텔
아주 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 고급 호텔답게 직원들이 친절하게 짐도 옮겨 주시고, 무언가 도움을 주려는 태도였습니다. 객실도 아주 좋은 등급으로 업그레이드시켜주셨습니다. 조식도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만, 주차가 타워(기계식)주차여서, 제가 직접 차를 갖고 들어가서 나와야 해서 그게 좀 불편했습니다. 다만, 출고시 직원이 있어 신속하게 차를 빼낼 수 있었습니다.

CO值很好的飯店
有點歷史的飯店，但是價格划算，而且景色很好，不管是房間的夜景，或是早餐地點看出去的景色，真的很棒，住在稻佐山區，推薦入住。

台風が来てたので１日早めに泊まれないかと尋ねたら快く対応していただたいて非常に満足しました 駐車場は若干狭かったですが雨が濡れないので乗り降りしやすく 係の人も丁寧な対応をしていて心地よかったです 是非また泊まりに行きます

稲佐山だけの目的でしたが、ホテル周辺には、色々あり買い物も不自由しませんでした。 車の出し入れも、出入り多かったにも関わらず、丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。ネット予約では分からない良さがありました。 とても満足でした。 ありがとうございます。

贅沢な空間と時間を堪能
今回は、翌日の結婚式&披露宴に出席するために、前宿泊に利用させて頂きました。 山側の客室でしたが、窓下にはチャペルが見えて、翌日の結婚式を空想させるようで、親子で喜びました。 客室は広く、バス&トイレルームも居心地が良くて、心地よく寛ぐことができました。

夜景もサービスも素敵なホテル
オーシャンビューの部屋に滞在したのですが、期待していたとおり夜景が綺麗に見えました。 また、室内も清潔に保たれており、快適に過ごせました。 今回、新婚旅行として滞在するという旨お伝えしていたのですが、その記念としてミニバーの飲み物をサービスしてくださり、その心遣いも大変嬉しく思いました。 長崎での泊まりたい宿1位に
