Absolutely tiny hotel bedroom, which we found amusing as Nagasaki is the smallest city we visited in Japan and it was the smallest room we had. Comfortable enough but quite a tight squeeze for 2 people with 2 large cases.
Hotel staff v friendly and helpful. Can purchase a day pass for the street cars from the reception. Close to street car stop and short walk from the station.
The location is fantastic, located very close to a lot of good restaurants, bars, and the train station. Staff were helpful and accommodating to my weak knowledge of Japanese. The rooms were comfortable and in great condition.
Great location, just a 10 minute walk to both Nagasaki Station, and the Chinatown/Arcade area. Tram line conveniently runs right in front of the hotel.
Twin room was clean and relatively spacious for Japanese rooms. Buffet breakfast a bit pricey but good selection of Japanese and Western dishes.
Convenient parking lot two doors down, for 1000 yen/day. Hotel website should provide more details of parking location as it was unclear upon arrival.
The location is very convenient, only 5 mins to walk to the pier of Gunkan Jima and about 10 mins to Nagasaki JR station. There is car park next to the hotel and it costs 1000 yen for overnight parking, please tell the reception if you will drive when you check-in. The room is clean, large bathroom with good water pipe pumping and good air-conditioning. Highly recommend.
This hotel is located between two streetcar stops, yet still walkable from Nagasaki Station. Location-wise, it's just right; close enough to Nagasaki Station if you want to shop or take a day trip, and far enough to not be crowded during the day or noisy at night. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and there were a great plenty of amenities available. The staff even left me spare towels by the door when I put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The breakfast buffet had a vast selection and it took me two mornings to try everything there. They even had a tour bus departing from the hotel for Mount Inasa at night in case you're worried about planning and making the journey by yourself (I didn't use the bus but I bet a lot of others are grateful for it). I highly recommend this hotel as it is tourist-friendly and provides an excellent level or comfort and value for money!
Usual Japanese efficiency and courtesy. There was no "smoking area" within the hotel which meant smoking outside the premises. My bad habit I know, but in a country which has managed to eliminate most smoking on the street, it was a bit embarrassing
Conveniently located between all the major sites.
2 minutes walk to the nearest Ropeway pickup free shuttle location.
Spacious room with separate toilet and bath.
Good breakfast but space was tight.
Good hotel in a convenient location near the Garbo urban and railway station. Airport bus stops a few metres away. Breakfast was varied and staff were very polite and attentive.
We used this hotel for one night. The room was small. We didn't have a large baggage. So it was okay for us. The room has a very small bathroom. It was clean and working well. The bed was comfortable. I would use this hotel if I needed to stay for one night in the future, but more than two nights.
Fairly good location. Nice croissants served at breakfast. Overall a fair value. I am pleased with all except the corridor leading to the room that is a bit dark with stained carpet.
Hotel was centrally located, clean and their breakfast buffet was very good for the price. Easy walking to shopping. Public transportation was close and inexpensive .
We had a nice stay in Nagasaki. The hotel was walking distance from Nagasaki station. The room was comfortable, although very small. Breakfast was pretty good as well. We would stay here again!
Standard mid range hotel in Japanese city, small room, clean, everything works, but the window is set to open only a crack. Wanted more fresh air. walking distance to train station and to waterfront promenade, great for jogging.
Nice large room! Great staff. Lovely view of the river. Very quite. The room was a little tired, but that is the only negative thing I can think to say. Parking was fun. The cars go on a car elevator.

Very clean, good wi-fi, and really good breakfast.
Room was really small. no place to put big luggage, very small bathroom.
Outside the room, there was no place to sit down and study.
This hotel is fine for what it costs, in an ideal location to the shops and station. I think this hotel has been done up a few months ago but the carpets in my room where full of dirt stans and you can hear crying chrildran from neighbouring rooms. (The walls are thin)
Easy location great staff. Room compact though great to have seperate toilet and bathroom though loss of space for luggage. Surprisingly good breakfast.
Great if you need a good value , pleasant place with no frills within easy walk from the station and downtown Nagasaki. Right by tram stop to get to eg the Peace Park or (other way) the Glover Garden
Location was good as it was within walking distance to Kagoshima JR and the Dejima wharf (for trip to the Gunkanjima Island). Typical Japan hotel size which tends to be small for 2 people, however, the room is newly renovated and comfortable.
