Terrific stay at this really easy and great hotel. The staff were super. The location was great, really close to the bus station and monorail station. I would definitely stay here again.

Bad customer experience

Very bad experience at this hotel . I thought it was new and spacious hotel in Naha port which would have a nice journey. But the hotel room was very smelly. The hotel staff were not nice at all , unwilling to help. Overall a poor stay

The staff is so cold,you feel like your not welcome! We stay there for 4night I ask to clean our room but they didn’t my god unforgivable. Too many young people hanging in the small pool that you can’t enter and there is a payment on using it❗️

とにかく部屋がカビ臭いです、風呂の排水が悪すぎ、昭和のホテルに来たみたい！朝食も写真と全然違います、プールも狭いしジャグジーは虫だらけ、部屋には内線電話は無いし、駐車場はなかなか車出せないし、史上最低のホテルでした、二度と行きません。

部屋で仕事をしたくてこちらのホテルを選ばせていただきました。 キレイな部屋で広かったですし仕事サクサク進みました。気分転換にサウナへ行きましたがタイミングよくロウリュとアウフグースをされててめちゃくちゃ気持ち良かったです。煮詰まってましたが気分爽快で更に仕事捗りました。 また仕事でお篭りしたい時はこちらのホテルを利用させていただきます

サウナが目的で宿泊させて頂きました。 屋上のサウナはプールとジャグジーがあり見晴らしも良く気持ち良かったです。 サ室は広く、階段状で1番下にハルビア製のストーブがありました。出入口が1番上なのでサ室上部はそれなりの温度ですが、中段以下は温度低めは仕方ないかなと。入口が風除室付きだともう少し改善出来ると思います。 朝食は6時半からで、混んでいる事なくスムーズに食事がとれてました。サラダが新鮮で美味しかったです。
