"We booked from Canada on Expedia and got a week for an incredible price including the nutritious and extensive breakfast buffet offering both western and local favorites. The hotel is quiet and offers many services including several pools, workout facilities facilities and an incredible Japanese onsen experience. I used the outdoor pools in a heavy rain, onsen is covered but experiencing the jungle while soaking was an unforgettable and therapeutic experience. Check in staff and all hotel staff...

"チェックインして 部屋の匂いが気になり 窓を開けようとしたら 全ての窓下はきだしレールに虫の死骸がビッシリで 風が入ると 部屋に入ってきてもおかしくない状態だったので
なくなく、掃除しました
その他 全体的に 汚れている箇所が 目につき 清掃不十分だと思います 施設とのやりとりも
チェックアウトの時間に関して 何度もメールがきましたが この件で メールをしたら 一切 返信もなかったです 海の側で ゆったりできる所なので 清掃 換気など 改善されていけば よい施設なのに 、、、残念と感じました
