"What a delight! Hotel is in a fantastic location in Old Town and the entire staff exhibited incredible hospitality and friendliness. A couple tips: if you’re coming from the airport, the hotel offers private transport for a reasonable 50 Euro. Also, recommend asking for a room on their top floor as the ceiling sound proofing is not great and depending on your upstairs neighbor, can be quite loud. A big thank you to the hotel staff who went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday special - Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The staff was excellent, the rooms were fine and the location was great. I usually check places very carefully and was unaware that there are steps leading up to the hotel, and then steps up to the room, and no one was there to assist with getting baggage up. Restaurant was only open for breakfast, and there was no laundry service on site. Just little things that might have made me book elsewhere had I known. "

It was a special experience to stay in a historic building on the central plaza of the historic old town area. Really, this was an experience of a lifetime. "Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Ivana gets my 5* so genuine. There was works happening when we stayed, which didn’t impact us that much, we was upgraded to the roof terrace for breakfast but that’s where it fell short as the menu was very basic. I’m sure it will improve once the works have been completed. Will definitely stay there again if we visit Split."
