"Very disappointing experience. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. Several activities and experiences advertised were not delivered, with excuses given instead. Housekeeping was also poor — despite requesting a towel change, it was not done for four days. Overall, the service did not match what was promised, and I would not recommend this place."
