"The hotel is beautiful, but the carpets were dirty and there was a slight musty smell. The bathroom amenities were also very limitedโ€”they only provided soap and shampoo, with no other basic toiletries. Overall, the hotel is nice, but there are some areas that could be improved."

"Full disclosure, booked this by mistake, but it was absolutely fine for 2 middle aged Brits! Between 2 tube stations and bus stop is outside. Beds were really comfortable, although you would have thought I was asking a receptionist for a kidney rather than an extra pillow, breakfast was not to our (western) taste. V happy that there was a working washing machine and tumble dryer."
