"Napa River Inn is in a great location in downtown Napa. Everything is within walking distance. Park your car (free), check-in, and never have to move your car. The rooms were well-appointed. It is an older hotel with a newer section added on. We stayed in 204, which the plaque on the wall said the whole second floor used to be a roller skating rink. Like WHAT??? Take a look at the hardwood floors, and you can see it. They run a deal with the bakery next door where you show them a coupon and get $10.00 off per guest for breakfast. Yummy food there! The only knock was that we are used to having a bathroom in the lobby area (most hotels do). This was not a deal killer. We will stay here again."

"Stayed here for my wife’s birthday and the hotel is in an excellent location. Room was nice and spacious. Only downside is we did not know the pool was out of service. Otherwise a very nice weekend."
