Thanks for the time you spend to review us , as you can read before booking , our reception opens at 9 AM and closes at 8 PM. sometimes we are not there in the afternoon but We are always available by phone or WhatsApp . Did you say someone that the air-conditioning didn’t work? Because it is the first time I heard about it, we always cares about our guests needing and we’re always ready to support them and to fix any problem where we can.
