Good room. Good area. The bathroom amenities could be improved like fresh shower curtains. The shower curtains were really old, smelly and needed replacement. Overall property was good.

The best hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip! There was no breakfast option, but the room made up for it. A spacious room with incredible amenities. Getting to the hotel at the end of the day felt like getting home!

Staff was very quick to rectify a leak in the water jug which had dampened the floor around our mini fridge. Great checkin and check out with online process and automatic door. Very streamlined. Big regret however is their one laundry machine per floor was not adequate, and on my floor there was none and it steamed the clothes in the dry cycle instead of drying them so we had to hang our clothes up to dry. Would have preferred a laundry room with many machines instead. Great coffee from the small bar attached.
