The staff were polite and friendly. Basic amenities were provided.
In overall it served as a place to stay overnight. The room was clean. However, the room does not look like a hotel room. Bathroom is unnecessarily big but lacks simple things like towel hanger. The toilet door lock needs maintenance. The curtain is just enough to cover the window. No complimentary water bottles. Electrical appliances are just minimum.
The public space oven needs serious cleaning.

We arrived early but were able to use the car park, which we found very convenient. The room smelt a bit, but it was quite clean, very conveniently located and quiet, so I was satisfied. I would like to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Nara.
Google maps could not find the hotel easily.
The room had a bad smell, probably caused by insufficient and superficial cleaning.
The floor/tatami mats were sticky. Large room.
Will not come back.
Location is good, english speaking receptionist
the staff is amazing and help alot during the stay. the only bad point is that limited late check in time which ended 2330 hrs. maybe the hotel can consider self check in with putting the key in the locker for tenant to retrieve for late check in.
You are close to the temples. 7 mon walk. There is literally no traffic in this area. It is pedestrian friendly. Deer are everywhere

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Amenities
So the place gets 1 star for location and itâs right by the park. 1 star for price as itâs super affordable. And 1 star for size. The deluxe twin sweets are huge and fit our family of 4 well. We had 5 people traveling and opted for 2 deluxe rooms. The problem is the bathrooms have a terrible smell. If you shut all the doors and turn on the ac and the provided air purifier you wonât smell it but once you are in the bathroom itâs terrible. It looks like itâs coming from the pipes? The room itself is great. 2 twin beds and a sofa bed. We had enough space to set up a portable crib and with a slumber pod. I would say this is great for 1 night. Fairly clean and super central. For our 1 night it was perfect. There are no amenities and wifi doesnât work all the time. Plus the charge for extra pillows 100yen and wouldnât give us any extra towels.
