"Absolutely extraordinary! My stay at the Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belén was exceptional from beginning to end. Everything—the beautiful property, accommodations, service, atmosphere, food, and hospitality—exceeded my expectations. The resort itself is absolutely gorgeous and has such a distinctive Costa Rican character. I loved the beauty, tranquility, and attention to detail throughout the property. The staff made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for at every turn. Everyone I encountered was warm, professional, attentive, and accommodating. I travel extensively and have stayed at hotels and resorts around the world, so I recognize exceptional hospitality when I experience it. Costa Rica Marriott Hotel Hacienda Belén absolutely delivered. There was honestly nothing for me to complain about. Everything was extraordinary! I left relaxed, refreshed, completely satisfied, and with wonderful memories of Costa Rica. This is a property I would gladly visit again and recommend without hesitation. Five stars all the way! "Over the years I’ve stayed here many times. Not quite sure what happened but the attention to service and client appreciation was absolutely incredible. From checkin to checkout. Fabulous. It’s been years since I’ve seen that much attention to detail in any hotel. Client’s satisfaction was above and beyond."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The property was beautiful with stunning views. It was so quiet and serene. Could not recommend this place more. Hope to go back someday. I do recommend taking your own hair dryer and a clothes line to hang wet clothes if you travel in the rainy season."
