The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the bed was excellent. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location made it easy to get around. The Wi-Fi was reliable and the shower had strong water pressure. I'd happily stay here again.

This place is very clean and the staff are hard working. We like how they provide toiletries including pyjamas. Providing us breakfast was a bonus. The shuttle service to and from Narita airport was a real bonus. It operated frequently and on time! We enjoyed its convenient location & it has easy access to JR lines.

The free airport shuttle was the reason I booked this property and the shuttle service starts early in the morning so I did not have to worry catching my 8AM flight. Having a Lawson next to check in counter was a bonus! Room was huge, which was very helpful in repacking our luggages.
