All Front Desk staffs are very friendly and helpful for any questions. I asked to store my valuable items and one of the staff help me so fast and so friendly. The breakfast is so much choice and different choices every day,. The room is top notch Clem and I got fresh towels every day. When I come back to Narita I will love to stay again at Hotel Toyoko-Inn

Good condition property, helpful but not very welcoming staff, good amenities, very fast internet, good sized room to Japanese standard, sumptuous breakfast, some varieties for Vegans and Vegetarians, but limited choice, enough just to fill up. Value for money hotel. Just that some of the Breakfast Buffet food is only labelled in Japanese or simple English, thus need enquiry from staff about content and ingredients.

The property is clean and convenient location if you are just in transit, very close to the airport and has complimentary shuttle bus to and from the airport. Friendly staff and all very helpful. Only downside is the beds, they are very uncomfortable lots of bumps and lumps and very hard mattress in dire need of new mattresses.

A delicious nutritious breakfast is included, incredibly clean, there’s a convenient store right inside the lobby, and staff are nice and understanding even if you don’t speak Japanese. I even made the mistake of forgetting to check out properly at the machine at the front desk cause I was ina hurry to catch a flight, yet they were understanding enough to check me out manually and didn’t charge me extra after I had emailed them about my situation. Really great hotel, would recommend it to anyone, especially for the price to quality ratio!

It’s perfect for a one night stay before getting on an early flight. The bed was kind of stiff but the shuttle to and from the hotel was super convenient, they had a convenience store on the main floor which is perfect for when you have to be at the airport early and cant wait until breakfast but need food. I really can’t complain.
