"We had another fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well taken care of. The breakfast was great, and having a bar & grill inside the hotel was super convenient. The location couldn’t be better—just a quick walk to Broadway. This was our second time staying here, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again soon!"

"Pool was locked and chained. Dirty hotel and surrounding area. Pop machine was out of order. Would not recommend. "

"Our room had ants and the wall usb didnt work. The pool is nice to look at but the surfaces are in rough shape and cut both my kids feet. Not to mention this is the only hotel ive ever stayed at that wouldnt let you check in 30 minutes early. Construction and traffic are terrible. Breakfast was the highlight. "

"Boho modern hotel wiithin walking distance to broadway at a fraction of the cost to others. Bed was extremely comfortable! Relaxing environment. Coffee bar was great but expensive. Sun room was a great spot to chill and have a cocktail before heading out on the town. Would definitely stay here again."

The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed with so much character and charm that really makes it stand out from typical hotel stays. Avery was incredibly responsive and accommodating from start to finish, which made everything feel seamless and welcoming. The thoughtful touches truly elevated the stay—the snacks, koozies, plush bathrobes, and overall amenities far exceeded my expectations. Parking was easy and felt very secure, which is always a huge plus. The location was also super convenient—within walking distance to a few great restaurants, and only about a $5 Lyft ride to Broadway, making it easy to enjoy everything Nashville has to offer without the hassle. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

"It looked like a dorm room however it was very clean. I liked having 2 bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. There were places we could walk to for coffee, breakfast and entertainment. The wedding was at Emerson hall so perfect!"
