"The hotel bar and restaurant are cozy and comfortable, the bedrooms are a little tired and our tv didn’t work which for a trip away actually wasn’t a bad thing. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious. Great location for all local spots in Lichfield."

I would like to commend the front desk staff member (Young Gentlemen) who checked me in on 19 July 2025 at 1:30 PM. He was courteous, respectful, and provided excellent service, accommodating my request and even allowing me to choose my preferred room. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out — far exceeding the service I’ve experienced at other Crowne Plaza IHG hotels during my travels from London to Birmingham to Glasgow as an Asian guest. A big thumbs up to him for a job...
