"The hotel was very clean and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. It was located a 3-min walk to the train station which was ideal since we took the train several times to the 5 little Cinque Terre towns."
"The apartment is in a great location, very close to the train station. Keep in mind that it’s on the second floor with no elevator, so if you have mobility issues it might not be the best option. All communication is handled through WhatsApp, where you’ll receive clear instructions for check-in. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained."

"Was walkable in each direction either to Main Street or to train station. Easy walk to waterfront. Breakfast was included and was good with lots of options. Great place to stay if you want to access cinque terra by train. Would recommend. "

"Check in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. There is no room service but plenty of space for 3 people to hang towels. The bar fridge was very small which made it a little difficult to keep drinks refrigerated on hot days. The hotel is close to La Spezia Centrale which made it super easy to get to the Cinque Terre. Also lots of food options and super markets nearby. "
"The hotel was situated a three minute walk to the train station which we used quite a bit during our two day stay. The rooms were average size and clean. The staff seemed a little bit snobby. We had booked two consecutive nights and they could not accommodate us in the same room so we had to switch rooms after the first night. They did, however, move all our luggage to the new room so that was good. Overall, I would give them an eight out of 10 rating."

"Host was very nice, great communication at all times and helpful. Apartment was very well located at just a few blocks to the main train station. Area was quiet and there were many stores, supermarkets, restaurants (highly recommend Bella Napoli pizzeria trattoria on Via Antonio Gramsci, 175/177, 19122 La Spezia SP, Italy: delicious food and great service), etc at walking distance and we felt safe at all times.
Apartment was spotless clean, bed and bedding were very comfortable. Bathroom was very nice size and shower spacious and good.
