"Quiet hotel, soft close doors.lifts which helps with some disabilities. Staff were friendly and helpful.plenty of disabled parking.best hotel I stayed in during my Wales road trip. Only criticism was furniture in room was dusty."

"This was one of the best family rooms we have stayed in. With two teenage boys, the room had two separate bedrooms. Very spacious, clean and comfy beds. The staff were friendly and welcoming especially Ellie."

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to help. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the bathroom which although clean needed a refurb as there was mould all over the ceiling, a crack in the sink, etc. "
