Great hotel - so convenient for the airport. Rooms are really comfy and clean. Only downside is having stayed here multiple times over the years the menu is getting smaller and smaller in terms of choice. We were traveling with children and asked could they do some chips as there were tables sat with chips and were quite abruptly told no. Most of the staff were great there was one man on the bar who was rude. Overall it’s where I would choose to stay for Liverpool airport

I really enjoyed my one-night stay. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the airport. My room was clean and comfortable, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast is available from 4:00 a.m. I’m not used to having breakfast that early, so it was a great option for my early flight. The only minor issue was that it took a few minutes for the shower water to get warm. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Speedy check-in. Great rate for short-term parking. Breakfast good - plenty of choice and decent orange juice. Not sure how a disabled person would cope with shower room floor swimming in water due to poor drainage, but other than that, everything fine. Really convenient for early morning flight departure.

The room was clean with a view of the airport. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our flight was really early in the morning and a continental breakfast was served from 4am. Would definately recommend this hotel if you are flying from Liverpool airport.

Hotel room and hotel clean and spacious Breakfast could have been better , maybe we hit it after a busy time but very little available had to ask for bowls , juice and bread - not a great selection of fruit only apples or bananas, waffle machine had no pre made mix !!! But overall our stay was fine for what we needed

The staff were amazing which is why I’ve kept the score high - they were faultless. But my god this was like. Bad travelodge and sorry for being a snob but it was all mdf and cheapness and naff ness and felt like a proper budget hotel I know Hamptons are entry level but this was coming in via the coal scuttle

On arrival there was no kettle and the phone was not working. My wife had to go to reception where the person at the desk joked that our bags would need to be searched on leaving. We received a kettle to make a much needed warm drink ( at midnight )but the humour is strained that late at night. The breakfast hot food delivery was erratic but the reason may have been the chef was unwell. The young lady who did her best to replenish the hot food was excellent at her job. All in all we felt much better for staying over.
