"ユーミン苗場コンサートの為に1泊素泊まりしました。 口コミを読んでいたので覚悟して行きましたが、それほど悪くはありませんでした。 吹雪の夜にプリンスホテルまで歩いて15分程でしたし、コンサート後の夜中1時までお風呂に入れました！湯船もお湯が出っ放しで綺麗でした。 部屋のガスストーブも温かかったです。 朝食に無料パンがあると口コミで見たのですが、ありませんでしたが、無料のコーヒーはあり美味しかったです。 でも、部屋の壁が薄いようで隣の音が丸聞こえで、夜中の隣りの部屋の咳が気になり眠れませんでした…。 あと、掛け布団のカバーが代えてないようで長い髪の毛が付いていてゲンナリしました…。 あと、歯ブラシとバスタオルしか無くて、浴衣と手拭いも欲しかったです。"

"It’s hard to say what the most important thing is for a hotel stay. Is it 1) the property and room, 2) the food or 3) the staff? Well, it doesn’t matter with this property cause you’re winning on all 3.
