"Our executive room was quite spacious and kept clean during our stay, although the faucet in the washroom kept twisting every time we changed the temperature of the water. Also surprised that there was only one outlet in this large room. The staff from the ground floor to check-in on the 11th to breakfast buffet on the 12th floor were all polite and helpful. The bar/pool/lounge areas on the 11th floor exudes a nice level of sophistication. Breakfast included basic Asian and western staples, which is fine for starting the day. The most disappointing thing to note was the exterior which is filled with merchants engaged in wholesale of textiles and apparel. The only way to get around was with the Grab app, which was crucial for our travels in Bangkok. All in all, a good value for our stay."
"Everything in the hotel was well maintained and super clean. All the staff interfaced with was courteous and very helpful. Had one issue with outside noise but that was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction."
