"Contesto molto bello, personale gentile ville arredate bene, serramenti di pregio, accessori adeguati. Pulizia interna buona ma, sui balconi ( per altro spogli di arredamento) , intorno e dentro la piscina privata pulizia insufficente. La cassaforte in camera non funzionava, non ci sono bidet. Il luogo è isolato, conviene disporre di auto. Comunque ci siamo complessivamente trovati bene ,devo dire però che, a tariffa piena, il servizio è insufficente. "

"Spent four days on Naxos and very much enjoyed our stay at The Grotta. The staff were great and very helpful, the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our room was excellent and everything worked fine. While the location is not central and does require some rough walking to get into town, the views were good - especially the sunsets - and we had absolutely no issues getting around. "The hotel is very beautiful and charming, but unfortunately, the hospitality was quite disappointing. From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. Housekeeping was also below standard—the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the linens weren’t changed every two days as stated in their policy. Mornings felt unwelcoming, with staff...

"Kalea levde inte upp till de förväntningar som vi hade. Väl på boendet finns det två pooler, men de tillhör endast 2 av rummen, så den tillgång som det står i beskrivningen av hotellet att man ska ha, den existerar inte. Wifi fungerar ibland. Myror inne på rummet. TV riktad mot dörren och utan arm för att kunna vrida upp den mot sängen. Kommunikationen är allmänt otrevlig från ägaren, städarna är supertrevliga. Smutsigt i jacuzzin på rummet. ”Strandbaren” är en QR-kod för take away....
