"Where to start, the check in was done quick, even had an interesting chat with the Purto Rican lady, she was great, she even told us about where to go around the hotel, she explained very well about the resort fee, and hot to use it at the Starbucks and the Library Restaurant. She gave us a room on the 40th floor with a great view towards billionaire's row. The room was well kept and very cleaned. The lobby is going thru a remodeling process, but that didnt hold us from enjoyment of the place. The hotel is on a prime location, right on time square and central park is within a short walk. There is subway station right at the corner, then subway can take you every where in Manhattan. Would definitely stay again at this Sheraton in Time Square. "
"This hotel its now on ny top 3 hotels in NYC. Very accessible location, literally right next to Grand Terminal Central. Very walkable to different tourist attractions (empire state, Library, Chrysler building just around the corner, Times Square, 5th Ave.) Even tho its on a very transitable avenue, noise wasn’t even a concern. We had also very walkable food options to have breakfast/dinner.
Staff were very friendly and polite. Definitely recommend it."
"This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The staff is what stuck out most to us - they were the most polite and respectful people, always greeting us & wishing us well, checking in to see if we need anything, just amazing. The entire property was phenomenal but the great staff really stuck out to us!"
