"The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is connected to SM City Bacolod North Wing. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft, lacked support, and caused neck pain. I personally would prefer a firmer pillow."

"Excellent hotel. From the nice smelling diffuser in the room to the tablet you can use for guest services. Four different eateries, an open air lounge and bar, nice courtyard, free shuttle to the airport and a great breakfast menu. Definitely will stay here again. "

"Very decent hotel with a nice breakfast and clean rooms. 90 seconds walk to the private beach/swimming pool. The only minor negatives were tiny sachets of shampoo and fair water pressure, although there was plenty of hot water. Overall, very good value for money in a superb location."

"The Lighthouse theme was well executed throughout the property; very charming. The room was always cleaned and in a timely manner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious and clean. The in-house restaurant was alright but there are alot of outside choices available nearby. The pool was ok but quite small and in need of updating but was still refreshing."
