"The owner was very responsive to our needs and request. I asked if we could have Christmas tree and to my surprise there was a beautiful tree on the buffet for us. Any questions we had she was quick to respond back. Rooms where clean. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance. The pool was clean and very nice. It was a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely book there again. "

"This is by far the best hotel in Bacolod City! It is situated next to the sm mall with a private entrance near the elevators. There are lots of places to eat, easy access to atms, supermarket, pharmacy, and taxis. The breakfast buffet is a must! And the staff is very helpful with any needs to make your stay better. Also, the bar/ cafe known as dash is open 24/7. The room is spacious, clean with a mini fridge. The bathroom is very modern and up to date with clean towels daily. Love the pool too!"
