"The staff was friendly and helpful. Provided us with a map of the city. Gave us information of local tourist sites, train information, and ordered a taxi for us to the airport.
The room was spacious. There was plenty of room for luggage.plenty of outlets and lighting.
Mattress, pillows and bedding were decent and comfortable.
Restroom was a decent size, with a walk in shower. Plenty of hot water.
A/C worked very well.
Wifi went in and out. Making hard to watch the TV during downtime.
The patio was a nice common area to hangout at after a long day.
Room service was available daily.
The neighborhood seemed safe. However I would have felt more safe with better street lighting and security cameras.
There are several restaurants close by, and a corner store.
The night life in the area was vibrant, and plenty of restaurants were open late. Also there are plenty of clothing stores and souvenir shops all close by.
Added plus was how close (within walking distance) this hotel is to the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. Also there is a train station very close by. Train A that can be taken to the Vatican, and other tourist sites."
