DIT Majestic is the same level as the best resorts in Cancun and better than similar Hotels in Punta Cana. Great location, fantastic beach, Food quality is very good. The same is service. Rooms are spacious and well planned - convenient for relaxing stay.

Like: good location and good variety of food Dislike: hotel requires lot of new furniture specially mattress. There should be all inclusive options specially lunch and drinks should available for free.

Great resort for family or a group of friends. Quick and efficient check in and out. Rooms were always clean and the overall ambience was excellent. The restaurant could do with a better menu in the evening but there is plenty of options to suit all tastes.

Great Food, Comfortable Stay
The room is spacious and comfortabke. The view is impressive if you stay in sea-view room. The buffet is of high quality and there is vast selection. But the staff at reception are not friendly. They all look lethargic with no facial expression. Not all staff can speak English.

Majestically arrogant, yet old and inefficient
Check in: could not find my reservation. Kept asking me which tourist agency I'm with, kept asking for a voucher. They are not at all used to online bookings. I don't know how they treat people w "vouchers" but with me, the manager was looking at me with supreme arrogance. They condescended to try and register me while I was making a phone call to hotels.com. for that, they took my passport into a backroom and kept it there for at least 15minutes. This was NOT the case at the 1. Airport hotels (2) at the Sofia airport and 2. At the other Sunny Beach Hotel I eventually went to after this horrible experience, at the majestically arrogant yet inefficient DIT. While I was waiting without my passport, I heard other customers come up to the desk, complaining of a hair dryer that wasn't working BC it had pieces of plastic falling off it and another man was asking for the dinner that's supposed to be included and he wasn't getting it that day. Other than the EXCEPTIONALLY rude manager, my impression is that of a big, dated hotel who thinks they're the best thing in Sunny Beach and they definitely are not.

Lovely hotel. Rooms are very comfy & clean. We had a sea view & this is amazing. Close to everything in Sunny Beach but far away enough to not hear any noise. Food is a buffet with the best choices of food that I have ever come across - everyone would find something to suit them. My only criticism is the amount of food that guests take from the buffet. There was one family of three that emptied five bowls of fruit/the best part of a whole cake & much more stuff into rucksacks & beach bags every day. There was no-one checking that this was not happening. There were so many guests disgusted by this but there was no-one to report it to - we, and others, did look around to find a manager but could not find one.

A pleasant hotel which seems to be one of the best on Sunny Beach. However standards in Bulgaria perhaps not as high as some other parts of Europe. We had a lovely stay overall and saw no reason to complain. Staff can be a bit hit and miss but this is just the way Bulgaria as a while seemed to be.

Excellent but beach entrance needs security key
Excellent for a 4 star hotel. The half-board is an excellent choice and the food is of a good standard with lots of options. Only criticism is that the hotel security doesn't seem to be very good. Anyone can walk to the hotel from the beach entrance! It doesn't have a key card security system like many others have. It has a security card that is sitting on a chair and doesn't stop anyone coming to the hotel and to the swimming pools! I saw quite a few people just coming from the beach and go to the hotel swimming pools without being guests in the hotel and we struggled to get a place by the pool. This hotel needs to close that entrance from the beach, put a door with a card scanner that lets only guests to walk in to the hotel. Wi-Fi is very bad! The hotel needs to put very high speed internet connection! The only time to be on internet doing normal things, not streaming because it is impossible, is after 11:45 pm.

Lovely hotel
Hotel grounds, food , staff, everything was excellent! The only downside is that the hotel hasn't got its own private beach and all the sunbeds by the pool are taken by 8am.

The suites are very nice, cleaning team are also very friendly. Overall this place lacks the reception service, they tell you nothing when you check in - they are rude when replying to you, the luggage staff will jump in the lift ahead of you and not even thank you for opening a door for them, the fitness centre is tiny, restaurant staff get your drinks once you finish your meal. Location is good and rooms are clean, but asking for an ironing board despite paying for a suite and you have to go get it and carry yourself!

Terrible experience
The hotel itself was okay except that there’s no free bottled water in the room. Our terrible experience was that when checking in the hotel had to hold our passports even after making photocopies and asked us to come back to get them in an hour or so. As afterwards we focused on enjoying the beaches and environment we have totally forgotten the matter. We checked out the next day but the reception did not at all remind or mention that to us and we drove off for three hours to our next destination. When we checked in another hotel we then discovered that our passports were not with us! We called the hotel but they did not showed any regret at all and told us that as it was Saturday they would have to wait till Monday to send them back to us via DHL! We traveled around the country and there’s no way for us to stay at one place to wait for the passports! We had no choice but to drive for three hours back to the hotel to pick them up and when we arrived they showed no apologies at all and it seemed that we were the one making mistakes! There was not a sorry from them, zero compensation and not even a free drink! Luckily we were not heading straight to the airport leaving the country that day otherwise.....I do think that we were not the only one experiencing this and the management should look into improving this as this may cause serious problem to customers!

Booked a studio room & requested a shower for the disabled. Room was brilliant, fantastic view and had a walk in shower. Half board - great choice of food for breakfast/dinner. Everyone should be able to find something to eat. Would highly recommend this hotel

DIT Majestic is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. The room interior is pretty standard and although there is a thermostat in the room you actually have no control over the temperature other than turning it on or off. If it is on the room is cooled to about 18C which I feel is too cold so I was turning it on for a period of time if I needed to cool the room. We got breakfast and dinner included and I think that is a great option with kids because the buffet has a pretty good variety and you can try new foods without having to spend. My daughter loves to play in the pool wherever we go and the pools here are very large and have a lot of sunbathing area, but what is disappointing is the pools are not heated nor is there a hot tub, and even on the hottest day the pool is only tolerable maybe 40 minutes before you start to freeze. I suggest the black sea if you want to hang in the water longer plus you can play in the sand. We also utilized the kids club although I was surprised how few guests actually used it as when we dropped our daughter off she was usually with just a couple of extra kids. This is nice for her because she gets more attention from the animators which she loves. They mostly played UNO and did some other craft type activities so nothing too exciting. If you need any snacks or drinks for your room the best deals are out the non beach side of the hotel where there are a couple of markets and pharmacies. They do a nightly shows which are good.

Lovely hotel. Quick check in. Room was perfect. Pools were great. Busy at meal times but to be expected. Right next to tje beach. Quieter end of sunny beach which i liked. Shops and restaurants few mins walk away. Would definitely return

Great horel.
I really enjoyed the hotel. The location was really nice and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The food in particular is worth a mention being the best quality buffet we had eaten in a hotel.

Aivan mahtava paikka. Hotelli niin kun huoneet olivat siistit. Henkilökunta todella ystävällisiä. Ruoka oli hyvää ja täyttävää. Aika samanlaista ruokaa päivästä toiseen, mutta se ei haitannut mitään kun oli maittavaa. Välillä sattoi olla erilaisia teemoja esimerkiksi Bulgarian kansallisruokaa. Ainut huono puoli oli että altaat olivat kylmät. Kyllä siihen totti, saattoi välillä olla ihan virkistävää. Myös muut hotellin asiakkaat varasivat hetk paikat altaalla, joten altaalle ei edes päässyt joka päivä. Pitää olla aikaisin liikkeellä ja varata paikat jos haluaa paikan! Myös aamupalalle ja ruokailuun kannattaa lähteä ajoissa että saa hyvät paikat. Olimme viikon reissussa ja olemme todella tyytyväisiä ja varmasti palaamme tänne vielä uudestaan.
