Clean, quiet and a very pleasant stay. No frills but you have all you need. Cleaning every 5 days.

The Leonardo hotel chain is good. We were at Leonardo Heidelberg too. Our stay at both hotels were pleasant and comfortable.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed in. Staff were fantastic - so attentive and very polite. Easy access to trams, buses and subway.

The hotel is new, chic and comfortable! The bathroom is fantastic! Parking is at its underground garage for 9 Euro per day. Drinks at the hotel lounge are good and reasonably priced. Wifi was problematic and hence I asked the front desk for some directions to Salzburg. The front desk lady very kindly printed out maps and driving directions for me. Check in is hassle free. The Asian male front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Thankful for his assistance. Thru out the stay is pleasant and comfortable. Parking is chargeable within the hotel. However, one can choose to park along the road side if available for free. The area around the hotel has a selection of restaurants. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy is nearby. Walking distance is about 5 mins which is ideal. Value for money and will return when possible:) thank you once again.

Clean and comfy room! But hotel staff can be a tad more friendly and happy when communicating.

Family of 4, we had a good night sleep. The room was well designed with 2 bunk beds. Well thot of and good use of space. WC and show was separated which is convenient.
