Dear Talvinder,Thank you for your review and suggestion.First of all our main goal is provide good accomodation as a hotel we are not social media influcer and also we never advertise about our photozone.We are making this photo areas only in good weather.During your stay weather was rainy and it was cold.Sorry for not putting our handmade and semi ancient carpets and pillows under rain for you. We are not trying to affect people with instagram posts and we are living real life.Our main target is comfortable stay , hospitality and good memories not for quick consuming and worhless posts.About breakfast we have two well english spoken waitress in breakfast area and always waiting next to buffet if some one needs help for dishes and contains info.Regards

Dear christopher,Thank you for your time to share your wrong and unhonest review.First of all we recommend to show yourself to eye doctor because there is handrail for going to room pool and its silver color.We dont have any claim that our outside pool is olimpic.Althought its big enough for swim unless if you are not olimpic swimmer.Yes snack bar is limited but its not expesive than any other cafe around plus you are in hotel and next to pool side not ordinary street cafe.Most expensive food is Taco's(big chicked wrap which makes 7 if you want have that much money you can ask for free we will saturate you with pleasure.)there is 2 claim and both of them belong to you.You can CONSUME your own food drink any of our seating areas except pool side.May I ask when you go to restourant do you bring your own food? or when you go to coffee shop do you bring your own coffee? there is a restourant and you cant bring your own stuff non of hotels allow you anywhere in the world.Another page is excursions , we provide best price range for activities compare to other agencies.If its expensive for you you have right to not buy right? Did someone force to buy? You had only horse riding from us and its 35 which is same as everywhere in town.Another wrong information is Private transfer...You got from us regular transfer for 15 per person thats correct wrong part is to get taxi for 20-25 to find taxi for 45 minute drive..You are giving wrong information to people who are reading your comment.You are not satisfied about service or any other thing its pretty normal but write a lie is not part of this.Hope you will write true things to another hotel.Regards
