Be assured, that's our absolute focus.I've tried to track a second reservation (I assume non refundable) in your name without success. It must have been in another name - maybe that's why your agent didn't refund.Most of our car parks are free (including some EV parks) and our surrounding streets offer free unlimited parking. Yes, we offer a few paid car parks for guests that want a guaranteed parking spot.Our pool is maintained at 30 degrees and our spa at 40 degrees.
