Really enjoyed the stay - the location was great, property and rooms were very well maintained, and I appreciated the bar was open late. The staff was extremely helpful with directions, taxi arrangements, and even provided me an outlet converter when I forgot to pack mine. Would definitely stay here again!

Beware, your belongings can be in danger, my stay at the hotel was for 4 days, the day before leaving we return late afternoon and found one of our juices (that were in the fridge) half drank on the top of the kitchen table and some garbage left on the floor, the cleaning of the room was not completed, we reported the issue to the reception, they sent someone who took pictures, offered me orange juice and said they will do an investigation ... How many people had access to my room and drank a juice that I brought and does not exist in the inventory of the hotel?. The situation is not about replacing the juice it is about the trust you have in the hotel and its complete staff. I was in disbelief. The next day when I did the checkout I was told that the investigation is on course and that I need to email the hotel manager. Still waiting for a sorry about the situation.

Very convenient location, adjacent to Underground and across from Tower of London. Executive suites were spacious. Standard studio suite was plainly decorate led and was just ok in size, maybe large for London. 2 of 3 elevators almost always out of order over duration of our 4 night stay. Would stay again for price and amenities

Great food in the dining below. 1 minute to walk to the tube. Beautiful room with everything you need. Stove, fridge ,washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Very spacious and a lot of closet and drawers. Loved the shower and mirrors. Store 5 minutes walking. And of course right next to the Tower of London. Hoping to book another stay soon.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights total. 3 in an Executive Suite and 1 in a standard studio. Highly recommend hotel for its location (across the street from Tower Bridge and Tower of London) and adjacent to underground station. Executive suite room was excellent. Our spacious suite had a kitchenette and a laundry machine. Bed, linens, housekeeping were great as well. The standard room was adequate. We did have an issue with the elevators for the duration of our stay. 1 to 2 of the 3 elevators were always out of service, which created long ques. Also, hotel is located directly above the underground, so train noises in our 1st and 2nd floor rooms were very noticeable. A 7th floor guest did not report any train noises. Overall, I would stay at the hotel again and would recommend to others.

We have been to London numerous times and this was our first time staying at this hotel and in this area of the city. The area was handy to the Tower of London which is great, however it was extremely crowded and unpleasant at this time of the year. The tube is directly across the street which is very convenient. The room we had was meant to accommodate three of us and it was perfect. It was also spotless and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer was a rare luxury! There were a couple of hiccups. Only one of three elevators was working for two of the three days we were there. Luckily we were on the second floor, so stairs were an option. A bit tough with our bags when we were leaving, however. Also, we ordered a taxi to Gatwick airport through the concierge. He quoted us $180 GBP for the trip. The driver charged us $246 GBP. Whopper of a surprise with no way out. I would suggest that the concierge be a bit more accurate with their information moving forward. I would like to shout out our waiter, Martin, in the restaurant. He is excellent at his job and really knows how to deliver top tier customer service. Thanks Martin! All in all, a good stay that had some room for improvement.

What a great spot View of the Thames across from Tower of London Access everywhere with the Tube a 2 min walk away Go back in a minute Suite was great size almost 400sq ft

When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed Expedia had cancelled my booking with no explanation but the hotel still got us in (family of 4 travelling from Canada) and gave us the same rate. They were super accommodating. Great location and awesome rooms. We were able to do laundry! Only drawbacks would be that the AC didn’t seem to always work and we slept on a pullout that wasn’t super comfortable but it worked. (The kids took the good beds). The staff were super helpful too.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was perfect, the staff friendly and helpful, and it’s steps away from the tube station. Also lovely to walk out and see the Tower of London when we walk out each day.

Much nicer than I was expecting. Our room was very clean and they still cleaned every day unlike a lot of other hotels. Rooms were very quiet and our Apartment room was spacious. Only one negative was that the subway runs under the property and train is right next to it so you get some noise on the lower levels, but there’s nothing they can do about that. Literally across the street from the tower and Tower Bridge. I would stay here again.

The property was well maintained and quiet. Staff went out of their way to help you. Tower Hill Underground station a one minute walk from hotel. We would definitely stay here next time.
