"I stayed with my family of 10 people and 4 dogs between 3 rooms. Never traveled with dogs so I was happy to find a pet friendly hotel. The standard rooms are a little small but I liked that I was in a conjoined room. The staff was very friendly especially Courtney. From our first day until check out she was there to assist. She was kind to my dogs. One night the tables in the pool area were all taken. I asked her to accommodate us. She pulled out tables and chairs for us to sit outside the pool area. My son broke his glasses in the pool, she did her best to help fix them. The restaurant and bar were nice too. Food was cooked to order and the breakfast buffet wasn’t bad. A nice variety and I like that it wasn’t continental breakfast. "

"Bed was comfortable. Staff was really nice. Biscuits were too tough to eat. The deal breaker for me was a shower that would drastically change temps. I won’t be back because of that. "

"For the price it was worth it. The room was very nice and everything was new. The jacuzzi worked and was very spacious. As for sound proof I wouldn’t say we couldn’t hear other noise as the room next to us played music at 1am but it was muffled enough that when we layed down it didn’t bother us & was able to fall asleep still. Anytime we asked for extra things we needed the front desk was very kind and got it for us. From check in to check out the staff was great. Would stay again."

"The pool was perfect for kids, there was a separate zero depth pool for small children and the other pool has a water slide and basketball for older kids. The arcade was nothing special. It just had the machines kids win little prizes from, and just two games. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was great and staff was fantastic. The hotel was clean, our room recently updated and poolside which was convenient. Overall a great place. "

"breakfast was great. rooms where clean. Only downfall was the pool area wasn't monitored and it's not a big area, so it was very loud, crowded and our kids where getting hit at the bottom of the slide cause other kids don't wait. Staff was very good and helpful."
