The place is small too much money for the 2rooms , the parking is too expensive and we had to walk for . We went for dinner at Benita on the river and our car towed and we stayed at Homewood sweet for tge 2nd night and they still charge us for the 2nights when we payed to stay at a other hotel , we waited for so late ng to get elevator we walk 9th stairs then the boys were tired for the basket ball game they lost the game

This is the worst hotel I have EVER stayed at. The hotel staff is terribly rude and is always ready to pick up a fight with you. I left my Arcteryx jacket hanging in the room and it got lost. After pleading them multiple times, the staff says nothing was found. My $800 jacket went missing. The only staff member who was considerate was Jose. I’d rather stay at a 1 star property than staying here. Never coming up to this place ever again. Do not book it thinking it’s close to subway, it is close but it’s not worth the hassle. 0 stars!
