Room was incredibly clean, and was a quick and safe walk to the subway. Staff were incredible and accomodating. We had an emergency that required assistance from the front desk staff and they were all fantastic. Grateful to have selected this hotel.

It is a nice and affordable hotel very close to Manhattan by subway. The neighborhood around is industrial and the area around the nearest metro station is not the nicest (Queensbridge projects) but also not too bad. The staff are all very helpful. The price is also good for its quality and closeness to Manhattan.

The room is clean and we enjoyed our stay overall. I would to make a compliment to Bhargavi whom I met at breakfast. She is very friendly and takes the initiative to help with great smile. Walking back from subway to hotel at night needs to be careful though.

The pizza shop was a 5 minute walk from the hotel. It was excellent. The best crust I ever had. It was recommended by the front desk. The ladies were extra helpful and friendly.

Seriously, the prices for a room a nonpeak day is in new york city is almost the same as renting an apartment with the inclusion of a free breakfast Every morning. If you and one other adult rent one room, you can eat $50 worth of food in the morning. In New York City...Maybe even more with $5 coffee and $20 BECs! So... if your looking around this area of LIC. STAY HERE. Its an actual hotel, not half city housing, no surprise hair plastered to the show wall. And soft beds. Good tvs... But if you shop it right, you can pull a Double Double room from Sunday to Monday for 130 total in July!

I was so happy with our stay! Room and bathroom were spotless, great shower water pressure. Housekeeping was amazing, making our bed and replacing towels. Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast buffet was convenient, but the same food for 4 days we stayed there got boring, they only changed the meat like sausage to bacon. Change it up day by day please. I appreciated they have coffee and hot water available all day. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. I loved they have a water filling station to refill our bottle every day. Subway station Queensbridge was only 10 minute walk to take us into the city, so this was super convenient, although at night this walk can be a bit sketchy.

Everything was clean and the staff were helpful. The location near the M train is also good. However, the amenities were not to my liking. The breakfast options were limited, and the thermostat in my room did not work. Also, it would have been nice if my room had a fridge.

Had a wonderful stay here. The bathroom and room were clean. Loved that it had cable and we were able to watch live tv. Breakfast was amazing. Food was good. The staff were great too, very kind and efficient.
