Definitely want to say THANK YOU to Shakira (I may be spelling her name wrong, she works at the front desk) She was amazing! Anything we needed, she was there! Her customer service was 10000000/10. The staff is a little bit rude when it comes to answering questions. They hang up the phone on you when you call the front desk. At 11:am exactly check out time, you have better be on your way out, if not your room phone will be ringing.

The hotel was clean and neat. There was a bridge not very far from the hotel that was very filthy and filled with trash underneath. Otherwise the hotel was good.

The location was within City limits, however it was in an industrial area where you were vulnerable to crime. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

Hotel Bliss is a must stay any time I go to NY. Fair price, very clean and cozy, staff is very polite. Beds are really comfy. Many things like food is at walking distance. I belkeve the rooms are sound proof because I bareñy jear the traffic even tho is in a boulevard. I will always go back to the Bliss.
